Product Care
Do's
All products should be stored in breathable muslin garment bags/ coverings provided at the time of your purchase.
These bags can be washed and they last a long time
Store the garment in a ventilated dark and dry space and not in stuffes antics and basements where air ventilation is limited.
Get your garment dry cleaned only at a professional dry cleaning store
Always steam on the reverse side of your garments to release creases and eliminate wrinkles. Use distilled water in the steamer for best results.
Take care when using your garment, so that it does not get in contact with any surfaces, materials or substances that may damage your garment.
Take care when wearing jewellery. It can get caught in the delicate fibers or embroidered textures on fabrics causing tear and damage.
Clean all the pieces of your look at the same time as cleaning can change the look and feel of the material
Some of the embellishments might come out during cleaning, we are happy to reapply any missing embellishment at an extra cost
Heavily embellished garments must be folded with acid free tissue paper placed in between the folds
Product Care
Don't
Do not spray fragrance, hairspray or other cosmetics products directly onto your piece
The garments should not be placed in direct yellow light, spotlight and sunlight, to avoid discoloration
Never use a cleaning product or stain remover to remove a stain
Never use the dry cleaner bags for storage- in fact, take them off immediately when you bring them home from the dry cleaner. Instead, bring the reusable garment bags to your cleaner so that cheap plastic bags don’t end up in a landfill.
Avoid hanging heavily- embellished heavy garments because they could get distorted
