Delivery Policy

COVID – 19 Update : Delivery timelines may be delayed and are subject to Lockdown guidelines set by the Government
  • The delivery timelines will depend as per lock-down status and courier service ability in the respective cities/states/countries.
  • Courier or Shipping will vary across different states/cities/countries.
  • These purchases are not listed under “Essentials” and will not be treated as necessary delivery at the time of lock-down.
  • Please be Patient with delays on deliveries because of the lock-down.

Shipping

  • The shipping cost is calculated at the time of Check Out only, this is a system generated amount based on your Area Zip Code and weight.

  • In case of urgent delivery, you can write to us at wecare@aurul.co and request for Express Shipping, the cost for the same will be communicated to you at that time.
  • We do not offer the Cash On Delivery Option!
  • In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong info or recipient not present at time of delivery) any extra cost incurred by LAGOM for re-delivery shall be borne by you.

Delivery Time

Our Indian Customers

Indian/Western Bridal wear: All orders will take about 8-10 weeks for dispatch from the date of order.

Pret: All orders will take about 3-4 Weeks for dispatch from the date of order.

Our International Customers

We haven’t started shipping internationally but we are working on it. We will inform you once the international deliveries commence.

Important Information

Order cut-off time is provided only as a guideline, just to give you a fair idea of when the product will be delivered at your doorstep. It do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all the orders within 8-10 Weeks, however estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. If there is any delay in the order from our side, you shall be intimated about the same via an email or a phone call from our side.

Please do note that we are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched and that all orders require a signature upon receipt.

Returns and Exchange Policy

Bridal wear (Indian/Western)/Custom made/Tailor made/Made to measure orders:

All items purchased under this category don’t stand for any cancellation.

  • Our garments are made with utmost care and love to dress you up perfectly. Each garment is a labour of love of our exceptional artisans. We have an eye for detail and use only the best materials to make you look beautiful in our creation.
  • All embellished garments come with care instructions. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and details of our products that appear on the site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s/smart phone’s/iPad’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
  • We do not provide any refund/cancellation on the goods that are sold under Made-to-Measure/Custom made/Tailor made order. However, if there is a genuine quality defect on a custom order (not from the sale section) , then at our sole discretion, sold goods may be exchanged for a store credit if they meet our terms and conditions.
  • Our Exchange/Return policy is subject to the following:
    • Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached in the garment bags/coverings/storage bags provided at the time of purchase. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
    • Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
    • Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
    • All custom made orders are non-returnable/exchangeable
  • Upon receipt of your return and post verification of the defect/damage, a store credit of the same value will be issued to you.
  • All you need to do is inform us of the Defect/Damage within 7 working days of the receipt of the product by writing to us at wecare@aurul.co with the following details:
    • Order number
    • Full name
    • Contact number
    • Attached images of the defects/damage on the product
    • Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender
  • All you need to do is inform us of the Defect/Damage within 7 working days of the receipt of the product by writing to us at wecare@aurul.co with the following details:
    • Please place the unused, unwashed, resalable apparels with original tags in the original packaging and courier it to this address here:

  • Do share the courier service details and tracking number with us. We are not responsible for any damages caused to the product during transit from your end. 
  • Do note that this Store Credit issued to you can be used to purchase another product of the same or higher value only. The store credit will be valid for upto six months from the date of issue. To thank you for your patience and trust, the new product will be shipped back to you free of any shipping cost!

Orders bought under Sale :

All items purchased at the time of any Sale Event on our website or store, cannot be refunded/cancelled/replaced except in the case of damaged products and delivery of wrong products.

Pret/Ready to Wear orders:

Orders that are not custom made or made to measure come under this category.

  • In the rare event that you receive a defective/wrong product, please contact us
  • Please let us know your reasons for returns and/or exchange requirements within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • We will accept returns of items that do not fit correctly and exchange them for the correct size depending on availability ONLY if they meet our terms and conditions.
  • After the product testifies the quality check, the correct product will be shipped within 3-4 weeks post quality check.
  • Our Exchange/Return policy is subject to the following:
    • Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached in the garment bags/coverings/storage bags provided at the time of purchase. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

  • Once the email is sent to us and is duly acknowledged by our Customer Care team, you may dispatch the product back to our address mentioned on your invoice within 7 days of the receipt of the change request.

  • Do share the courier service details and tracking number with us. We are not responsible for any damages caused to the product during transit from your end.
  • We are unable to exchange or refund used, laundered or customer damaged goods.
  • In case of returned products, your entire money will be refunded to your AURUL account which can be used by you for future purchases.
